Getting to UAM from central Madrid
The main UAM campus is located in Cantoblanco, in the north of Madrid. Despite the distance from the center, getting there is simple:
- Cercanías train (Lines C4A and C4B) from Sol, Nuevos Ministerios, or Chamartín stations takes 20–25 minutes directly to Cantoblanco Universidad station, located next to the campus.
- Several buses also connect UAM with northern neighborhoods like Fuencarral and Alcobendas.
From neighborhoods like Malasaña, Gran Vía, or Chamberí, you can reach UAM in about 30–40 minutes.
